Glenn Martin, founder and host of Never Mind The Job Spec, wanted to strategically scale the NMTJS brand by creating a consistent suite of visual assets that could be used across multiple touchpoints, with the podcast positioned firmly at its core.

Never Mind The Job Spec is a UK-based podcast and talent platform that challenges traditional hiring practices, focusing on skills, values and potential over rigid job descriptions. It helps founders and people leaders build inclusive, high-performing teams while putting the podcast at the heart of its brand.

 

To highlight NMTJS’s disruptive approach to talent hiring, Studio Pierce created a deconstructed, punk-inspired logo paired with a bold, standout digital color palette. A collage-style illustration system was developed to complement the identity, while the website was transformed into a video-first experience with an easy-to-update podcast library at its core.
