Our story
 
I’m Ian Pierce, Creative Director and founder of Studio Pierce.

For more than 20 years I’ve worked across agencies, in-house teams and as an independent creative – delivering brand strategy and creative work for organisations ranging from start-ups to established global businesses.

Along the way I’ve led design teams and partnered with ambitious brands like Spoke, TAKK and The Mothership, helping them define their identity, refine their message and grow with confidence.

Studio Pierce was created as a smaller, more focused studio model. One that combines experience, close collaboration and modern creative tools to explore ideas quickly and develop brands that feel clear, considered and built to last.

Studio Process

Every project is different, so the process adapts. What stays the same is curiosity and collaboration.

We ask questions, listen closely and explore ideas from different angles before refining the strongest direction.

Working as a small studio means ideas can move quickly – exploring possibilities before focusing on what feels right.

Projects are broken into clear stages so you always have visibility and control over time and budget.

 

The best work happens in partnership: open conversations, shared problem-solving and a commitment to making the outcome both effective and original.

I started Studio Pierce because I wanted to work more directly with clients – removing the layers of process that often get in the way and focusing on what matters
