I’m Ian Pierce, Creative Director and founder of Studio Pierce. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across agencies, in-house teams and as a freelancer – delivering brand strategy and creative campaigns for organisations ranging from start-ups to established global businesses. Along the way, I’ve led multiple design teams and partnered with disruptive brands like Spoke, TAKK and The Mothership, helping them define their identity, refine their message and scale with purpose.

Studio Purpose

About Ian
I started Studio Pierce because I wanted to work more directly with clients – to remove the layers of process that often get in the way, and get back to what matters: clear communication, purposeful creativity and building strong relationships. What drives me is helping people tell their story in a way that feels authentic, resonates with their audience and supports growth.
